Re-download it from your order confirmation if needed

Paperback Orders via Amazon
If you choose to purchase one of our paperback puzzle books through Amazon, your order will be handled and shipped by Amazon. Shipping times, costs, and return policies will depend on your location and Amazon’s terms. Please refer to your Amazon order confirmation for details.

Returns & Refunds
Because our digital puzzle books are downloadable products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe you’ve made a purchase in error, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
